By downloading, installing, or using Cooperin Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cooperin Guide is a reference and estimation tool provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is designed as a field companion for licensed electricians and electrical professionals.
Calculations, assistant responses, invoices, reference tables, wiring diagrams, and all other content provided by Cooperin Guide are NOT professional electrical engineering advice, design services, or official code interpretations.
This application is NOT a substitute for the judgment of a licensed electrician, professional engineer, or the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). All results must be independently verified before use in any electrical installation, design, or inspection.
The invoicing feature is provided as a convenience tool for creating and sharing invoices. Cooperin Guide does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Tax rates fetched automatically are estimates and may not reflect current local rates. Users are solely responsible for verifying all invoice amounts, tax calculations, and compliance with local tax laws. Invoices generated by this app do not constitute legal or financial documents unless independently verified.
The Coop Assistant feature uses automated external processing to generate responses. These responses may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete guidance. Assistant output does not constitute professional advice and should never be the sole basis for electrical work decisions. The assistant requires an internet connection to function.
All calculators, reference tables, wiring diagrams, invoicing, job management, personal notes, and the standard calculator work completely offline. The Coop Assistant (including photo analysis and voice mode) and tax rate lookup require an internet connection.

By using this app, you agree to:
Calculations may reference the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other standards. Local code amendments, adoption dates, and AHJ interpretations may differ significantly. NEC adoption varies by state and municipality. Always verify which edition and local amendments apply in your jurisdiction.
